It is best to use Google to find a code of ethics or code of conduct for your professional organization. For example, librarians have a professional organization called the American Library Association. If I wanted to find the code of ethics for my profession, I would do a Google search like this: American Library Association and code of ethics. Once I found the code I would choose something within the code and search Google for news about a violation. For example, an accountant might embezzle funds from a client. You could search Google for Accountant or Bookeeper charged or arrested for embezzling funds. Use terms found in the code of ethics.
