You should be searching starting with either the Health Subject Guide or the Nursing Subject Guides found in the center column of the main library page: http://libguides.starkstate.edu/library . Choose from a database from the appropriate box on the left side (either on or off campus). Make sure you are searching using the advanced search option (if it does not automatically open, click advanced search found under the single search box). You will want to check off full text as an option and then to assure scholarly results check scholarly or peer reviewed. Once all of this is done, type in your search terms.
